When hitting the gym there are a few basic chest exercises one can do, and these consist of bench presses, parallel dips, push-ups, and dumb bell flies. Bench presses are a common weight lifting move. This is where you lie on the bench at the gym, pull the barbell to your chest, and then lift it up again, doing this for a few reps.
